Untitled (Location: Omaha, NE)
2005, 10x36ft digital photo print on vinyl on billboard structure

According to statistics from the City of Omaha, over 67,000 cars pass through the intersection of Maple and 83rd Streets every day. This piece is a testimony to the marriage of the automobile and consumer culture as well as to the continually expanding suburban sprawl that is taking place in Omaha and throughout much of the US. The image is a POV from the sign structure itself, overlooking the intersection and the strip mall clutter of signage that consumes the landscape.
